I trained as a computer engineer, and at the same time co-founded miio at 22.
In the early days I did everything: code, customer support, product, marketing, business plans, fundraising, public communication, hiring. Seven years in, miio is in seven countries with over 500,000 drivers. I lead with empathy and figure things out as I go, as in anything else in life.
